Portal Account Users

On July 7-9, 2023, the Convergence Portal was moved to a new modern technological environment, in alignment with Government of Canada policies.

Following the technological upgrade, your password will no longer be valid. You will need to click on “Forgot Password” found below the Password (required) box. Please note that although security best practices recommend changing your passwords regularly, when clicking on “Forgot Password”, you can choose to use the same password you currently have.

Please note, that on July 10th, the Research Portal and the Convergence Portal will become fully independent platforms. Your login, password and person profile, will be completely independent. Moving forward, any change to your person profile in one system will need to be updated in the other system, this action will no longer be automatic.

Before using the Convergence Portal, you must read the Terms and Conditions and Transparency. When you sign in and use this system, it means that you understand these policies and conditions and that you consent to the use of your personal information for administrative purposes.
